Hello greedy friends!
I suggest you taste mini gratins with red fruits to finish your meal in style
Depending on the season, you can choose raspberries, blueberries, currants or blackcurrants.
Off-season you can take frozen red fruit, but I tend to prefer to cook with fresh and seasonal produce
Simple and easy, this recipe has not finished making you happy and will allow you to delight last minute guests.
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
250g red fruit mixture of your choice
2 tbsp cornstarch or flour
30 cl liquid cream
160g caster sugar
15g vanilla sugar
Preheat the oven to 180oC (Th 6)
Gently wash red fruits and dry on paper towels
In a bowl, dissize the starch or flour in the cream
Then add the sugar and vanilla sugar
In a bowl, beat the egg then add the sugar and mix well
Divide the red fruits in mini casseroles that are warm in the oven
Pour in the cream and bake for about 10 minutes
Serve the lukewarm mini gratin with, for example, a scoop of vanilla ice cream or yoghurt
