Red fruit gratins

Hello greedy friends!

I suggest you taste mini gratins with red fruits to finish your meal in style

Depending on the season, you can choose raspberries, blueberries, currants or blackcurrants.

Off-season you can take frozen red fruit, but I tend to prefer to cook with fresh and seasonal produce

Simple and easy, this recipe has not finished making you happy and will allow you to delight last minute guests.

Preparation: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves 4


250g red fruit mixture of your choice

2 tbsp cornstarch or flour

30 cl liquid cream

160g caster sugar

15g vanilla sugar

2 eggs




Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180oC (Th 6)


Step 2

Gently wash red fruits and dry on paper towels


Step 3

In a bowl, dissize the starch or flour in the cream

Then add the sugar and vanilla sugar

In a bowl, beat the egg then add the sugar and mix well


Step 4

Divide the red fruits in mini casseroles that are warm in the oven

Pour in the cream and bake for about 10 minutes


Step 5

Serve the lukewarm mini gratin with, for example, a scoop of vanilla ice cream or yoghurt
