Preparation: 20 minutes
- 300g flour
- 3 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 8g salt
Start by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl.
On a floured work surface, knead the dough until it is smooth. If it is slightly hard to knead, add a little milk and oil.
Form a ball, then let stand 1 hour covered with a damp cloth
Then spread the dough very thinly about 1 mm thick.
You can then prepare ravioli using cookie cutters to give them the shape you want.
Here, everything is done by hand, but of course, you can quite use your robot to knead the dough and also spread the dough with the help of a machine.
