Panna cotta with red fruits

I suggest you enjoy a delicious panna cotta with red fruits

An ideal sweetness to finish a good meal. Plus it's very easy to do

 

This panna cotta is a subtle combination between the sweetness of vanilla and the tangy freshness of red fruits.

Red fruits are real health benefits. Strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, currants, blackberries, these small berries with such a delicate taste have everything to please: low caloric, rich in water, rich in many vitamins.

 

Preparation: 15 minutes

Cooking: 5 – 20 minutes

Serves 4 

  • 50 cl 30% MG liquid cream
  • 2 gelatine leaves (4 g)
  • 40g sugar 
  • 1 vanilla bean 
  • 250g fresh or frozen red fruit
  • 30g sugar
  • 10 cl water

Realization:

Step 1

Soften gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water 

 

Step 2

In a saucepan, boil cream, sugar and vanilla bean cut in half lengthwise.

 

Step 3

Then leave to infuse with the wrung gelatin leaves in your hands. There should be as little water as possible.

Mix well at first to dissolve the gelatin, then leave to infuse covered for about 30 minutes. Remove the vanilla bean from the pan.

Step 4

Pour the panna cotta into the glasses, then let cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 

 

Step 5

Make the red fruit coulis.

Cook the red fruits for about 20 minutes in a saucepan with water and sugar.

 

Step 6

Once the mixture has cooled, mix it in a blender and filter the grout or not according to your Deposit 2 good c.à.s grout on each panna cotta.

You can drop some whole red fruits on top to make a reminder
