Zucchini and goat quiche

Hello greedy friends

Today I propose a colorful recipe for a light evening meal, a quiche with zucchini and goat. It's a dish we often make at home

You can accompany it with a green salad

Quiche is so good and so convenient when you have leftovers you don't know what to do! You can put everything you love into it

Preparation: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Serves 6

  • 1 slice of batter
  • 3 organic zucchini, preferably
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • 200g goat log
  • 25 cl cream
  • 10 cl milk
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small bunch of organic basil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • Olive oil

 

Realization: 

 

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200oC. (Th 6/7)

 

Step 2

Spread out the dough and darken the previously buttered circle. Cover with a sheet of baking paper and top with baking balls.

Or if you don't take lentils or pulses.

Bake the batter (i.e. without filling) at 200oC (Th 6/7) for 20 minutes.

 

Step 3

Cut the zucchini into thin strips.
Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil, Sauté the zucchini with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.

 

Step 4

Cut the goat log cubes or into slices. It's according to your inspiration

Wash, peel and chop basil.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half

 

Step 5

Combine cream, milk and eggs, then season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

 

Step 6

On the bottom of the cooked pie, arrange zucchini, cherry tomatoes, basil and goat cheese. Then sprinkle with grated cheese.

Then add the flan machine, then bake at 180oC (th 6) for 25 minutes.

Leave to rest for a few minutes at the end of the oven and then serve with a green salad for example
