What if I shared with you the recipe for the real Italian tiramisu?
Tiramisu has become a classic. It's super simple to do
For a gratin dish or glassware:
- 25 spoon cookies
- 250g mascarpone
- 3 whole eggs
- 100g brown sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 15 cl of strong espresso
- Cocoa powder
Clarify the eggs by separating the white from the yolks.
In a bowl, whisk the yolks with the brown sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the mascarpone and whisk again.
Climb the whites firmly with your robot or electric whisk. Incorporate
the whites in snow delicately with mascarpone with a maryse.
Prepare a strong enough espresso for tiramisu. Sorry, two coffees! 1 for the tiramisu and 1 for the one qiu the one who does it. Yes, there's no reason!
Soak the cookies in the coffee to soak them well but not too much anyway. Otherwise we'll have porridge. Just the right thing
Line the bottom of the dish or glass with coffee-soaked spoon cookies. For the glasses you can proceed by floor. 1 to 1.5 biscuit per floor
Cover with mascarpone and continue alternately.
Refrigerate until service.
Sprinkle cocoa only when serving so it doesn't take moisture from the fridge.
